Who am I?

I am an employer, whose activity is consulting on strategic management in order to make things happen!

My fields of specialization, after over 20 years dedicated to this profession are: strategic management, corporate governance and people management. I work for all types of organizations: small or large, listed or unlisted, non-profit private or public. I have knowledge of different sectors: food and beverages, insurance, audiovisual equipment, distribution, pharmaceuticals, fashion, finance, real estate, chemical, healthcare, professional services. But I can contribute in any other sector since the minimum knowledge necessary to learn. More than 20 years of occupation have taught me well.

I graduated in Economics and Business - in 1982 (UB) - and I did a PhD in Management Sciences in 2000 and 2001 (Esade Busieness School).

I have been teaching in different Catalan and Spanish universities, and academic collaborator I was ESADE Business School from 1991 until 2007, assigned to the departments of human resources management and business policy, where I teach in the Bachelor and Master in Management, the MBA and other programs within the Executive Education. While maintaining some activity in this area, now target my concern to academic writing, types of informative blog and through collaboration with the monthly newspaper The Economic Weekly ( www.leconomic.cat ). Finally, say that the most important activity in the consultancy is TRUST between the two parties, which initially does not exist, because not known, but it appears - or not - usually during the first meeting. This is what we call "chemistry" - there or not there - and that opens the door to the trust.
